Contact us
Email is the only way to reach us on this website. There is deliberately no contact form, phone line, or chat widget here — a page that collects no personal information cannot misuse or leak it. (Our advertisements and landing pages are separate and do collect what you choose to give them; see the disclosure.)
We typically reply to legitimate messages within a few business days.
What we can help with
- Corrections — if something on this site is inaccurate, unclear, or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Suggestions for topics we should explain.
- Questions about who we are, how the site is funded, or our editorial standards.
- Advertising, partnership, and media inquiries.
- Privacy questions, including requests described in our Privacy Policy.
What we cannot help with
We are not an insurance company, agency, or licensed producer, so there are important things we are simply not able to do — not as a matter of policy, but because we are not licensed and have no access to any insurer's systems:
- We cannot provide a quote, a rate, or an estimate of what any policy would cost you.
- We cannot tell you whether you would qualify for coverage.
- We cannot sell you a policy or take an application — we are an advertiser, not a licensed producer.
- We cannot connect you with a partner by email. Connections happen only through our advertisements and landing pages, never through this address.
- We cannot look up, change, cancel, or reinstate an existing policy.
- We cannot file, check on, or intervene in a claim.
- We cannot give insurance, legal, tax, medical, or financial advice, or tell you what to do in your situation.
Please do not email us personal information — no Social Security number, date of birth, policy number, banking details, or health history. We have no use for it and no way to act on it. If you send it, we will delete it.
Where to go instead
| If you need… | Contact |
|---|---|
| A quote, or to buy coverage | A licensed insurance producer in your state, or an insurer directly. Verify any license first. |
| Help with an existing policy or a claim | The insurance company that issued the policy — the number is on the policy documents. |
| To complain about an agent or insurer | Your state department of insurance (find yours via naic.org). |
| To report fraud or a scam call | reportfraud.ftc.gov, or the National Elder Fraud Hotline at 833-372-8311. |
| Free, unbiased counseling | Your local SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) office. |
| Government survivor or burial benefits | Social Security at ssa.gov; veterans' benefits at va.gov. |
We list these as a public service. We have no relationship with any of them and receive nothing if you contact them.
