This page states, in full and in plain language, what Seniors Saving Hub is, how we are paid, and what that means for you. A short version appears at the top of every page and in the footer of every page.

1. What we are
Seniors Saving Hub is an advertising and marketing company, owned and operated by Midas Digital Marketing LLC. We publish consumer information, and we run advertising campaigns that connect consumers with third-party partners. We are a commercial business, not a non-profit, not a public service, and not a neutral referee.
We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance brokerage, or licensed insurance producer, and we are not authorized to sell, solicit, negotiate, or bind insurance in any state. We do not underwrite, price, approve, issue, service, or pay claims on any insurance product. Any insurance product is offered and sold solely by the licensed third parties we advertise for.
2. How we are paid
We are compensated by the third-party partners we promote. Depending on the campaign, compensation may be earned:
- when you click an advertisement or offer;
- when you place, connect, or complete a telephone call to a partner using a number we advertise;
- when you submit a request, form, or contact details on one of our advertisements or landing pages;
- on a flat, per-click, per-call, per-lead, or revenue-share basis, which differs from partner to partner.
You never pay us anything. Compensation is paid by the partner, not by you, and going through one of our offers does not change the price, terms, or availability of anything a partner offers you.
Because we are paid this way, compensation may affect which offers we feature, which partners we work with, where offers appear, and how prominently they are displayed. Offers we show are not a comprehensive survey of the market, are not ranked by merit, quality, or price, and are not a recommendation that any particular product is right for you. We do not feature every company, product, or offer available.
These disclosures are made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 CFR Part 255, and with the FTC's guidance on clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections.
3. How connections work
Where one of our advertisements or landing pages invites you to click through, call, or submit a request, you are being connected with a third-party partner — which may be an insurance agency, a licensed agent, a call center, or another marketing company that works with them. You should always confirm who you are speaking with and verify their license; our consumer protection page explains how.
Calls. Telephone numbers we advertise are tracked, which means we can tell that a call came from a particular advertisement. Calls may be recorded or monitored by us or by the receiving partner for quality, training, and compliance purposes; where a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call as required by law.
Contact after the fact. If you give your details to a partner, that partner — or a licensed agent working with them — may contact you by phone, text, or email, on the terms and consent you agreed to at that point. Any such consent is given on that page, to that party, and is governed by its notices, not by this website.
We do not control and are not responsible for what any partner offers, quotes, says, charges, or does, or for how any partner handles your information. Your dealings with a partner are between you and that partner.
4. This website versus our advertising
It matters which one you are looking at, so we separate them clearly:

Everything on this website is information. There is no offer, no form, no phone number, and no partner named anywhere on it.
5. The information pages
The educational pages on this site do not name, rate, rank, endorse, or recommend any insurer, agency, agent, or policy, and they publish no rates, premiums, or "starting at" figures. No partner writes, reviews, approves, or edits them. We publish no testimonials or reviews of insurance products.
We write them to be accurate, but they are general information only — not insurance, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice, and not tailored to your circumstances, needs, or objectives. Do not rely on them as the basis for a decision. Consult a licensed insurance professional in your state, and an attorney or tax professional where appropriate.
Product features, availability, underwriting standards, benefit structures, waiting periods, exclusions, issue ages, and pricing vary by insurance company and by state and can change at any time without notice. The issued policy contract governs in all cases. Where anything here conflicts with a policy, application, or state law, that document or law controls.
6. No government affiliation
Seniors Saving Hub is a privately owned commercial business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any federal, state, or local government agency or program, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Social Security Administration, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Federal Trade Commission, or any state department of insurance. No government agency sells or endorses the products we advertise. References to government agencies are informational only.
7. Third-party links and advertising
This site and our campaigns may link to third-party websites and display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, availability, accuracy, claims, or privacy practices of any third party. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement, warranty, or recommendation. Once you leave our page, that third party's terms and privacy policy apply, and you should read them.
8. Trademarks
Product names, company names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes. Such use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by or of those owners.
9. Accuracy, and how to reach us
We review pages periodically and show the review date at the foot of each one. Information may still become outdated or contain errors, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
